Tutti i titolari di impresa con dipendenti hanno l\u2019obbligo di far frequentare ad uno dei lavoratori (scelto da tutti i colleghi attraverso un\u2019assemblea e con la conseguente stesura di un verbale), un corso di formazione cosiddetto RLS “Rappresentante dei lavoratori per la sicurezza” della durata di 32 ore.<\/p>\n

Tuttavia, l\u2019articolo 37, comma 11 del D.Lgs. 81\/08 ( D. Lgs. 106\/09) del Nuovo Testo Unico<\/b> in materia di Tutela della Salute e della Sicurezza nei Luoghi di Lavoro<\/i><\/b>, prevede l\u2019obbligo di aggiornamento periodico della formazione dei Rappresentanti dei Lavoratori per la Sicurezza (RLS) che hanno gi\u00e0 svolto il corso base di 32 ore, ogni tre anni.<\/p>\n
