Il Corso per alimentarista, meglio conosciuto con l’acronimo HACCP o corso per l’ex libretto sanitario rappresenta un obbligo di legge per\u00a0tutti gli operatori, dipendenti e collaboratori del settore alimentare\u00a0 (bar, pasticcerie, generi alimentari, frutta e verdura, pescherie, macellerie, ecc.)<\/i> i quali sono chiamati a<\/i>\u00a0frequentare un percorso formativo obbligatorio disciplinato <\/b>dal decreto regionale dell’Assessorato Regionale alla Sanit\u00e0 pubblicato nella\u00a0Gazzetta Ufficiale Regionale n. 11 del 09 Marzo 2007.
\nIl decreto ha previsto tre categorie di rischio, quello che proponiamo \u00e8 il cosiddetto rischio Alto<\/b> della durata di n. 12 ore. Al termine, superato positivamente il test di apprendimento finale viene rilasciato un attestato che avr\u00e0 la durata di tre anni.<\/p>\n
